Sighted in garden - August 17
Delighted to discover that this is not just another pretty invasive, but a valuable (as well as beautiful) botanical find. An edible tuber that can provide more protein than other potatoes - and reportedly has a nutty flavor
This plant did not make a reappearance in 2015
